Hello, Friends,
Thank you for visiting here. I really appreciate that.
I’m Joan Mae. I’m from the Philippines, married and a doting mom to my 7 year-old son, LJ and a 1 year-old baby girl, Angel. What I have here is something or just anything in my life, family, friends, etc. that I would like to share to everybody. Hoping to inspire others too.4
My son calls me Mommy Jo from time to time. It all started way back on my Mom’s house. Since all of her other grandchildren called her Mommy Nor and me as LJ’s mom who also preferred to be called mommy but we don’t wanna confused the little kid who is about 2 years old that time. So, my mom thought of teaching LJ to call me, Mommy Jo. And that’s the reason I choose that name for my blog.
I’m not a good writer but I’ll sure be writing from the bottom of my heart. I’m good at telling stories. Most of my close friends describe me as witty because I easily made them laugh with my jokes.
I easily fall in love with pink stuffs and I don’t know why. I just can’t help it. But now, every time I’ll look for bags, shoes, or just something to buy I’d always check the yellow ones instead and end up buying it. Yellow is my husband’s long-time favorite color and when my son is about 5 years old we’ve noticed that he’s also fond of the color yellow, be it with his toys, clothes, and other stuffs.
My husband encouraged me to blog since I also love to write, share my experiences, record just anything under the sun. I love books and definitely loves to read. I’m also a culinary enthusiast who studied two short culinary courses.
